Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s romance had a moment at the very beginning which could have led to the start of their love story. The couple had dated each other almost 15 years ago after they met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
The actor was married to Jennifer Aniston and eventually, they decided to separate after they had been deemed as the golden couple for years. Brad and Angelina came closer as they went on a trip to Africa together. This was the first hint fans got which made them think about a potential romance between the then co-stars.
Brad had been with Angelina on her trip to Ethiopia in East Africa. The actress had gone there to finalize the adoption of her first child. The Fight Club actor had, however, developed flu-like symptoms and it was a bad time to contract it. Just a month ago, the Ethiopian Health Ministry had reported that 40 people had died and 433 had been ill with highly meningococcal meningitis for the past 5 months.
Thankfully, the actor had viral meningitis and it meant he had to come back to the United States. According to his publicist, the actor’s illness was not connected to the Ethiopian outbreak. He had been diagnosed with a mild case of viral meningitis. The Academy Award winner was then asked to take a rest after spending some time in the hospital.
Brad recovered in a matter of weeks and his romance with Angelina continued. The couple was together for 11 years and they adopted two children and gave birth to three of their own. The former couple is now facing each other in court after ending their two-year marriage and 11-years old relationship. Brad and Angelina are reportedly fighting over the terms of custody.
Nicole Responds to Criticism Over Dating Brad Pitt
Brad had sparked romance rumors earlier this year with Alia Shawkat. When asked about it, she denied the reports and set the record straight. She said, “We’re not dating. We’re just friends.”
In 2016, Angelina filed for divorce from Brad after being married for two years and being in a relationship for more than a decade. The former couple share six children together, Maddox, Pax, Sahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox.
Brad also briefly dated Nicole Poturalski, who was apparently in an open marriage. The couple, however, called it quits after dating for over two months.
The actor and ex Angelina own the private estate where he took Nicole. It was also their wedding venue back in 2014. Nicole and Brad have not confirmed or denied being in a relationship as she made no posts about him on Instagram either. She has only posted pictures of herself modeling.
Fans had criticized Nicole on Instagram after she posted a picture and captioned it writing, “Happy people don’t hate”. One user called the model out and wrote if it is so then why do Brad and her hate Angelina and told her to practice what she preaches. Nicole wasn’t having any of that and denied hating anyone.
Jolie Was Concerned About Brad’s New Relationship
Angelina had opened up about her and Brad’s split in June and revealed she had separated for the wellbeing of her family. She said, “It was the right decision. I continue to focus on their healing. Some have taken advantage of my silence, and the children see lies about themselves in the media, but I remind them that they know their own truth and their own minds.”
The actress said her children are very brave, strong, and young people. Angelina is said to have hit pause on her love life so that she could take care of her six children with Brad during the pandemic. Although it seems like the actress has her concerns with her ex’s new relationship. According to a source, Angelina is worried about what impact the romance would have on their children.
The source further clarifies that Angelina does care about who Brad dates because of the impact it would have on their children. But other than that she has no interest in knowing about her ex’s love life. It is also reported that the actress has no feelings for Brad on that front anymore.
The source continued: “She is long past having any kind of romantic feelings for Brad so on that level it’s a non-issue”. However, one issue has been of concern to Angelina. Sources reveal she has been dedicating her time to their children while he has been away embarking his new romance. He is also becoming close to ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
