Chrissy Teigen shares surgery scar photos after claims she didn’t have implants removed

It has been a few months now since Chrissy Teigen announced that she would be undergoing surgery to remove her breast implants. Despite the model’s very public statement on social media, there were still some people who doubted if the mother of two actually went ahead with her operation.

However, Chrissy being Chrissy is here to shut down any speculations or rumours. Teigen confirmed that she did, in fact, have the surgery to remove her implants. And her post operation scars are proof enough.

“No one believes it”

On Sunday, July 19, Teigen took to her Instagram stories and posted a video in which she’s wearing a yellow bikini, the top of which has been pulled up to reveal the bottom of her breasts. Her fresh surgical scars are quite visible and it’s obvious that Chrissy had undergone surgery quite recently and is probably still in the process of healing. However, It would be unlike Teigen if she didn’t have just the perfect response and so she makes it perfectly clear why she’s sharing the clip.

“A few of my friends keep having to tell people that I really got my implants out, because no one believes it.” She then lifted her yellow bikini top to give a close-up of the matching vertical incision scars on her breasts.

In case there were people who still didn’t believe her, the model uploaded further evidence. Teigen also shared a photo from inside the operating room where she presumably had the procedure done. Though Teigen’s face is covered by a sterilization wrap, the unfiltered image shows a bare chest, with blue emoji hearts covering the nipples , complete with a surgeon’s Sharpie markings and fresh stitches. “Trust me lol,” Teigen cheekily captioned the photo.

Back in May, the 34-year-old model and TV personality announced her plans to remove her implants, which she got at age 20. Chrissy shared a black and white throwback photo from her Sports Illustrated model days.

She wrote, “I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.”

The talented cook and author has currently been enjoying some quality time with her husband, singer, John Legend and their kids, four-year-old daughter, Luna and two year old son, Miles.
