Olivia Rodrigo Visits The White House To Spread Vital Message To The Youths

Olivia Rodrigo visited the White House to encourage young Americans by helping Joe Biden’s administration to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

The actress and singer is best known for her role in Disney’s High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. She became popular after the release of her song, Drivers License; and later on her debut album, Sour which topped multiple charts immediately after its release.

Olivia met US President Joe Biden and Dr Fauci in Washington D.C. She made a press statement with regards to the COVID-19 vaccine before meeting the President. The singer first appreciated the work of the President and Dr Fauci; as she expressed how honoured she is to be there.

The actress said, “First I wanna say, I am beyond humbled and honoured to be here today to help spread the message about the importance of youth vaccination. I am in awe of the work that President Biden and Dr Fauci have done.”

Olivia added how important it was for all the communities to get vaccinated as she highlighted how easy it is to navigate a vaccination site in the US. She further shared how important it is to have discourses with your friends and family members. The Sour singer said, “It’s important to have conversations with friends and family members; encouraging all communities to get vaccinated, and get to a vaccination site; which you can do more easily than ever before, given how easy it is to find them at ‘vaccinces.gov’.”

Olivia’s statement is expected to make a difference in youth vaccination rates; as she is one of the most popular figures in the US.
