Mizkif To Take A Break From Twitch Following Breakup With Girlfriend Maya

Mizkif fans are evidently sad after the streamer announced he and girlfriend Maya Higa have decided to breakup. Furthermore, the ex-couple would also take some time off from streaming to focus on their lives.

Matthew ‘Mizkif’ Rinaudo and Maya Higa were one of the top streamer couples on Twitch. Their love story lasted a little over two years.

Relationship

They kept their relationship low-key but spilled the beans in 2019 during an unboxing stream on Twitch.

Mizkif and Maya started talking when Mizkif replied to a YouTube video of Maya building her PC.

The two have over 2 million followers combined, with Mizkif boasting 1.6 Million alone.

‘No Cheating, No Drama’

The Twitch couple ‘mutually’ decided to part ways. Mizkif said that there was “no event, no cheating, no drama.”

“We both care about each other so much and are still friends. We’re supporting each other through this and we ask that you all do the same for us both. Thank you for supporting us through these past two years,” he continued.

Popular Twitch streamer Valkyrae commented under the tweet. “Sending you both love,” she wrote.

When Will They Be Back?

Talking about the hiatus from Twitch, Mizkif said “We’re going to take a couple weeks off of streaming to process and to take care of ourselves.”

There is no confirmation whatsoever regarding the comeback stream date from both of them.

In one way it is going to be a good thing for Mizkif as the streamer had no break since February 2020 from streaming. Same goes to his former girlfriend, Maya who took a break for just a week this year April 13-20.

We wish both of them the best for their upcoming endeavors. While Twitch community has lost a beautiful couple to breakup, it certainly has not lost the two close streamer friends that Mizkif and Maya continue to be.
