Comedy Thriller K-Drama ‘Glitch’ Expected To Release In 2021

Netflix has been harboring many new K-Dramas recently. Adding to this, coming to Netflix soon is the exciting new K-Drama comedy series titled Glitch.

The filming of the K-Drama is still not completed but it is expected by entertainment reviewers that we will see K-Drama hit Netflix before the end of the year.

Director And Writer

Glitch is a South Korean upcoming Netflix comedy series. The comedy-thriller is directed by Roh Deok and the writer of the series is Jin Han-sae.

If released successfully, Glitch will be the sixth Netflix Original K-Drama series to hit the platform in 2021.

Release Date

As per information sourced from many entertainment websites, Glitch has still not confirmed a release date but all predictions are for a release in 2021.

With filming not yet complete, if the release happens in 2021, it is likely to happen in December.

Storyline Of The K-Drama

After a flash of mysterious light falls over Hong Ji Hyo’s boyfriend, he disappeared in an instant.

To find her boyfriend, Hong Ji Hyo seeks members of the UFO community to help her solve this mysterious happening. Sounds truly exciting doesn’t it?

Cast Members

So far only four cast members have been verified by Glitch:

– Jeon Yeo Bin as Hong Ji Hyo

– Nana as Heo Bo Ra

– Lee Dong Hwi as Ma Hyung Woo

– Ryu Kyung Soo as Kim Byung Jo

K-Drama fans will recognize some of the characters in Glitch from some of the best Netflix Originals of South Korea.

Baek Joo Hee was seen in Extracurricular as Cho Mi Jung, the Brothel madam. Jeon Yeo Bin was the romantic lead in the highly popular Vincenzo, portraying the role of Hong Cha Young. Ryu Kyung Soo was seen in Lovestruck in the City, playing the role of Kang Gun. (Courtesy: WhatsonNetflix)
