New information suggests that Brock Lesnar’s WWE future is being kept “top secret.” According to the most recent Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lesnar has informed WWE that he will be leaving the company soon, but few people in the know are aware of his true intentions.
Vince McMahon, the chairman of the WWE, Nick Khan, the company’s CEO, and Paul “Triple H” Levesque, the chief content officer of the company, among a few others, are all included in that. Lesnar reportedly inked a deal in 2021 to remain with WWE through the beginning of 2023, according to a report from the year.
Lesnar is known for working with WWE in sprints before taking a break from television and then coming back for another run. After losing the WWE Title to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36, “The Beast” last left the company in 2020. He made a comeback at SummerSlam 2021 and began working with Roman Reigns, who was then the undisputed WWE Universal Champion. This led to a title unification contest between the two titans at WrestleMania 38.
Reigns won Lesnar’s WWE Title
Reigns won Lesnar’s WWE Title and successfully defended his Universal Championship at the event. Currently, Lesnar and Omos are scheduled to square off at WrestleMania 39 the following week. Lesnar, who has enjoyed success in combat sports outside of professional wrestling, is one of the most dominant figures in the sport’s history. In 2008, he won the UFC Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar has won the IWGP World Heavyweight Title in NJPW as well, giving him a total of 11 victories.
When MVP unexpectedly challenged Brock Lesnar to a match against his sidekick Omos at WWE WrestleMania 39. Fans were shocked, it seems like the plans would differ significantly from what most fans would anticipate. The All Mighty defeated The Beast in a disqualification match at Elimination Chamber 2023 when The Beast struck Bobby Lashley with a low blow during their third encounter.
