Logan Paul’s close associate and co-hose of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Mike Majlak, has recently shared a story where one if his financial accounts were hacked and the hacker used $3,000 to buy Bitcoin.

But guess what is the plot twist? Mike Majlak was able to regain access to his account and when he checked the status of the Bitcoin that was bought using his account, the value of the coins were $5,000. It means that a hacker cracked into the account of the vlogger, purchased Bitcoin on the account, and then lost access to it which gave Mike the last laugh.

Mike has over 2.5 million subscribers on his vlogging channel on YouTube. He is also an author of a book in which he has shared his story of being a substance abuser to leading a life of sobriety.

‘Very Nick Hacker’

On the recent episode of IMPAULSIVE podcast, Mike shared this bizarre hack incident of his life.

“A very nice hacker hacked into one of my financial accounts a couple months ago,” Mike Majlak began. “I don’t want to say the name of the company but it’s a money sharing application where you can send money to people who, you know, cut your hair or whatever. I was having trouble signing in and I realized that my account had been hacked, and the account was connected to a way to use money.”

“When I signed back in I realized that the person had actually in June of this year bought $3000 worth of bitcoin using my money,” Mike explained. “$3000 was stolen from me to buy bitcoin. And while most people would say that’s f**ked up, the good thing about said financial sharing app is you have to prove your identity to then sell bitcoin.”

“It was one of the best investments I’ve ever had and it was done by someone else with my money.”

The Crypto Craze

SHIB hit consecutive all-time-highs and gave massive returns. It even overtook it’s rival Dogecoin and became the ninth most valuable cryptocurrency in the world. Howevere, this does not mean there are no concerns regarding Shiba Inu.

While Shiba Inu community is one of the most active crypto communities in the world, some members fear that the highly concentrated ownership of the memecoin can be a source of trouble in the future. Read the full story here.
