The simple and delicious pancake recipe

In a jug, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Into a big bowl, sift the flour. Add sugar and mix.

Build a well in the middle. Add the milk mixture. until just mixed, whisk.

A sizable nonstick frying pan should be heated to medium.

 Cooking oil or butter should be used to grease the pan.

 2 pancakes should be cooked for 2 minutes, or until surface bubbles develop, using 1/4 cup of the mixture per pancake.

Cook for another one to two minutes or until fully cooked after turning. Place on a platter.

To keep warm, cover loosely with foil. Continue with the remaining mixture, lubricating the pan between batches with butter or cooking oil.

Serve with additional butter and maple syrup.
