Valkyrae is one of the most successful female streamers on the planet. She shifted from Twitch to YouTube two years ago.
More recently, the streamer revealed that her YouTube Gaming contract was coming to an end and she still has 198 hours to stream to fulfill her contractual obligations.
Valkyrae sent out a tweet in which she wrote: “MY 2-YEAR YOUTUBE CONTRACT ENDS ON JANUARY 15TH AND I STILL OWE 198 HOURS BEFORE IT’S OVER WHAT DO I STREAM WHO WANTS TO PLAY WHAT TO GRIND ANYTHING IM DESPERATE LOL WOOOOOO.”
Fellow streamers and friends of Valkyrae gave her suggestions regarding how she can make use of the 198 hours and complete her contractual obligations. However, Valkyrae has since gotten in trouble with YouTube for posting such a detail from her YouTube contract.
YouTube Summons Valkyrae
While streaming with Sykkuno, Valkyrae revealed that she was approached by YouTube executives who said that she was not allowed to tweet about her contract details to the world.
“I wasn’t even supposed to tweet out what I tweeted,” said to Sykkuno. The streamer was also asked not to delete the tweet as the damage ‘had already been done’.
“I love YouTube, I’m not trying to make things worse for myself!” she explained.
Meanwhile Sykkuno gave some ideas to Valkyrae about how she can stream the remaining 198 hours before her contract expires. “Just leave your stream on for five hours at a time and you’ll hit the hours easily,” he joked
Streamer QT Cinderella pitched her idea of a cooking stream . “Easy mam. Lets make the 100 hour chocolate cake and you will be half way done,” she said. Also, Jacksepticeye commented saying “Big Thankmas stream on the 11th!!”
