‘The Hunger Games’ Makers conforms the Prequel Teaser and the Release date

The makers of the film, ‘The Hunger Games The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ have made the announcement about the release of the official trailer as they made the conformation and said that it is going to release on November 2023.

While looking into the one-and-a-half-minute video it doesn’t includes the actual footage of the film, but on the other hand it offers a chilling look towards the golden snake which is slithering toward a gold bird on a tree while both are shedding snow from themselves, set to haunting vocals and also a dramatic piano.  

While there is also a text in the teaser, that comes up which says, “You’re invited to return to the Games.” “In 2023, the world will discover who is a songbird and who is a snake.” During the end of the teaser the official title, the prequel of the movie gets revealed which says, ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’.

The film is due out in the theatres across the nation on the 17th of November . The reveling of the title came up after several days when the announcement took place that the ‘West Side Story’ star Rachel Zegler will be seen in the lead female role for the highly -anticipated prequel of ‘The Hunger Games’.

Zegler, has also won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical for her role as Maria Vasquez in the Steven Spielberg’s musical drama.

The Film is Based on Suzanne Collins’ dystopian series

Part from this Tom Blyth is also there in the cast of the movie and will be seen portraying the young, Coriolanus Snow the role was made famous by Donald Sutherland, during the original trilogy.

The film, ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ is based upon the fourth novel in Suzanne Collins’ dystopian series. The tagline from the prequel, reads “Years before he would become the tyrannical President of Panem, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow is the last hope for his fading lineage, a once-proud family that has fallen from grace in a post-war Capitol. It further continues as “With the 10th annual Hunger Games fast approaching, the young Snow is alarmed when he is assigned to mentor Lucy Gray Baird, the girl tribute from impoverished District 12.”
