Star-Studded Sooryavanshi Official Release Date Announced
Rohit Shetty’s much-anticipated film Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif had earlier shifted its release date. The big film was all set to hit the screens on March 24, 2020. However, amidst the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, the makers had postponed the film’s release.
Starring Akshay Kumar, a film that comes as part of the Shetty police universe that includes Simmba and Singham into the city’s theme due to its ever-changing release date.
Following reports that the film was due to be released on April 2, Bollywood Hungama was the first to announce that the film would be released in the future. Now, the producers of the film have finally announced a confirmed release date, stating that Sooryavanshi will enter theaters on April 30.

A few weeks ago there was a major uproar on the day of the release of Rohit Shetty’s directed Sooryavanshi.

As for the film, Sooryavanshi is directed by Rohit Shetty and also features Katrina Kaif alongside Akshay Kumar. The film will also feature Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn appearing in the film starring Simmba and Singham respectively.
It is written by Yunus Sajawal, Farhad Samji, Sanchit Bendre and Vidhi Ghodgadnkar based on an original story by Shetty.
The trailer of the film was released last year and it completely took the internet by storm. The cop thriller also has the extended cameos of Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh as Singham and Simmba respectively. However, looking at the current situation, it is the best move by the makers to get it going in the theatres after films like Roohi have also hit the theatres last week and given a brilliant response.
