Seth Rollins And The Complete List Of Confirmed Royal Rumble Contestants

The lineup for the upcoming 30-man Royal Rumble Match is starting to take shape. Seth Rollins amused spectators on the January 9 edition of “WWE Raw” in Birmingham, Alabama, by leaving the ring on crutches and ostensibly selling the “knee injury” he claimed to have sustained in a match against Austin Theory the week before.

In the end, Rollins would transform the crutches into a guitar and play his theme song in the background, proving that he wasn’t injured. Rollins, who won the 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble, and Theory both announced their entry into this year’s battle royal during their face-to-face confrontation. Rollins acknowledged that his knee was not fully healthy.

“However, it will be ready at full strength just in time for me to triumph in the Royal Rumble.” The main event of WrestleMania will feature Seth “Freakin” Rollins, and it will happen 100% on time.” The Men’s Royal Rumble Match would then be announced, along with Bobby Lashley’s participation. After throwing Theory outside the ring, a fired-up Lashley exclaimed, “It doesn’t matter who is in the Royal Rumble, because I’m back!”

24 openings remain unfilled

“My suspension is over, and I can’t wait to stomp on every superstar in the Rumble.” Aside from Rollins, Theory, and Lashley, Kofi Kingston, Santos Escobar, and Ricochet are the other confirmed competitors for this year’s Rumble. Consequently, 24 openings remain unfilled. This past Friday on “WWE SmackDown,” Ricochet defeated Top Dolla in a qualifying match to earn a spot in the battle royal.

Regarding the Women’s Royal Rumble, Rhea Ripley and Candice LeRae both made announcements about joining the contest on this week’s “Raw,” one week after Liv Morgan did the same on the blue brand show. There are consequently still 27 openings to fill. In the women’s battle royal, Ripley currently has the best chance of winning.

On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Bobby Lashley finally made his long-awaited return to the WWE. After serving his suspension, he wasted little time putting the rest of the roster on notice by destroying Austin Theory with a spear. Lashley promised to take part in and win the men’s Royal Rumble Match when he got back.
