Rousey and Shayna Baszler were expected to be in a position to contend for and win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship going into the two-night event, according to long-held beliefs.
The current champions Lita and Becky Lynch had already committed to working with Trish Stratus in a six-woman tag match against Damage Control, but it was said that other scenarios were being considered as well. According to rumours, someone may be working two jobs at once and competing in WrestleMania on both nights. It seems like none of that is taking place.
