Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are reportedly dating. The singer and the rapper are rumored to be in the initial stages of their relationship.
The confirmation of news comes after the duo were seen enjoying dinner with their friends at New York City’s Beatrice Inn. Rihanna and A$AP have collaborated earlier this year on a promotional campaign for Fenty Skin. The duo has given interviews together for promoting the same.
The singer asked him how he would consider his skin as to which the rapper responded saying, “Handsome” as he smiled cheekily. He further opened up about the hardest part while collaborating with Rihanna. The rapper said it was keeping focused and being serious.
“I think the hardest part about working with you is not goofin’ off and laughing the whole time,’ he told her. “Like this s*** is comedy. That’s the hardest part. You know people be so cool it’s hard not to, not to laugh. That’s all. But it was fun. The hardest part is not having too much fun. You just forget that it’s still working at the end of the day.”
The duo asked each other candid rapid-fire questions about almost everything. A$ap is one of the models for Rihanna’s Fenty Skin. Rihanna joked that her skin type is as complicated as men. She added that men say women are complicated when reality it is the other way around.
The Fenty founder talked about the journey her skin has been all these years and how it has transformed. “Started from acne for sure all the way to sensitivity and melasma and being a Black woman with not knowing I need to use SPF. I’ve learned a lot,” she said. When Rihanna asked A$ap what his skin is like, he gushed saying it is handsome.

Talking about the things that should change in the beauty industry, RiRi said she wishes the leaders of the industry were diverse. She added if the pioneers were people who understood the culture and experienced negligence in the industry.
The singer explained, “I feel like there are so many voids to be filled and we will only know that by the pioneers that have experienced those voids, and the lack of their representation in the industry.”
A$ap also agreed to Rihanna and echoed her emotions in another video that they did for GQ. He expressed his wish for more versatility and diversity. He said, “I think it’s kinda trying to evolve especially with a person like yourself. But I do wish that there was way more versatility.”
A$ap also opened up about how he had no beauty icon while growing up. He said the concept of beauty has never been instilled in men as it has in women. Rihanna has gender-neutral products on her new skincare line, Fenty Skin.
The duo has previously toured together back in 2013 as he was featured in one of her songs back from 2011. The Fenty founder broke up with billionaire businessman Hassan Jameel earlier this year. A source had revealed at the time that she and A$AP are hooking up and having fun.
According to a source, the duo had shared a suite during a trip in New York. However, the source also informed that the singer was not ready to put a label on it as it has been so soon after Hassan.
The source revealed that the duo is enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy. “They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days. It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly single girl having fun,” said the source.
Rihanna has had a share of relationships as she was linked to musical stars like Drake and Chris Brown. A$AP Rocky has also had his share of relationships with Daiane Sodre and Chanel Iman as well as rapper Iggy Azalea.
