Renaissance Woman Ivanna Zych Is Not To Be Contained

It’s really a good thing after all that Instagram and social media platforms have come and dismantled much of the traditional world’s power structure.
A salient example can be found in terms of how many huge pop icons social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram have broke who otherwise never would have been recognized by the few high and mighty traditional talent and modeling agencies overseeing the rise of today’s youth.
This democratization based off of merit rather than proximity or nepotism benefits those that truly have that special X factor or edge.
And a particularly powerful example of that can be found with Miami’s 20-year-old Ivanna Zych- who for some baffling reason is not to be found on the modeling agency boards of Miami’s biggest agencies.
Yet it is very rare to meet a redheaded girl at the height of her prime in the modeling field possesses such striking looks accompanied by a deep sonorous voice and an even more rich personality that could lend success not just to modeling, but to music, the threaten, and the entrepreneurial world.
That comprehensive realization is another aspect of why today’s decentralized social media world is a better system for emerging talents. Because with all of the talent that Ivanna possesses, it would be ludicrous to try to box her in or pigeonhole her just modeling.
Thus- as new systems such as Bit Clout- are forming every day to place concrete tangible monetary value around a person’s perceived social value and career potential, a talent like Ivanna is living in a time that truly supports how promising- and diversely promising- she can be.
She and many other emerging talents like her represent why modeling and talent agencies need to start to adapt themselves to the more nuanced, agile, and flexible world of today or why they will be left behind completely.
So watch as Ivanna blows up in a few fields concurrently and imagine if industry today could build and empower people to be the full realization of their talents rather than confining them and their identity to only one. 
Perhaps more outliers like Ivanna would be possible.
