In a new fan poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home, Mysterio, and Vulture make a comeback. Michael Keaton’s Vulture was chosen as the major adversary when Sony opted to reboot Spider-Man and bring him to the MCU.

Following his resurrection and aid in the defeat of Thanos in Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker would face Quentin Beck (Mysterio), played by Jake Gyllenhaal.

Vulture was sentenced to prison at the conclusion of Spider-Man: Homecoming, while Mysterio appeared to die in Spider-Man: Far From Home, but not before revealing Parker’s identity to the rest of the world.

Mysterio and Vulture Return

Mysterio and Vulture have yet to be confirmed for Spider-Man: No Way Home. The third installment of Jon Watts’ Spider-Man trilogy, on the other hand, will feature plenty of foes for the iconic web-slinger to fight. The first confirmed enemy in the sequel was Jamie Foxx’s Electro, who was quickly followed by Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2.

The movie’s marketing also seemed to suggest that Sandman would play a role in it, which was just verified when Sony released the second teaser for Spider-Man: No Way Home. Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin and Rhys Ifans’ Lizard were both prominently featured in the trailer. Despite the excitement surrounding the tying together of three Spider-Man films, many fans are still wondering if MCU Spider-Man villains would feature.

Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man characters are pitted against the Sinister Six in a poster designed by digital artist mahj art. Doc Ock is the main character on the poster, although it also includes Mysterio, the Lizard, Electro, the Green Goblin, and Vulture.

During Garfield’s Spider-Man run, Sony planned a Sinister Six film, but it was delayed due to the poor reception to The Amazing Spider-Man 2. While this cleared the scene for Holland’s debut as Spider-Man, it also left fans yearning for a Sinister Six showdown. Despite the fact that Spider-Man: No Way Home appears to be finally delivering, only five adversaries have been confirmed thus far.

This suggests that Sony and Disney may be keeping the identity of the Sinister Six’s final member a mystery until the film’s premiere. There are lots of characters who could occupy the team’s last position after two solo outings from Holland and Sony tying Venom and Morbius to the MCU.
