Michael Keaton Will Direct and Star in “Knox Goes Away”

Hollywood star Michael Keaton is all set to direct and star in his upcoming noir thriller film titled as “Knox Goes Away.” Gregory Poirier has written the script for the film which is being produced by Brookstreet’s Trevor Matthews and along with Nick Gordon and Sugar23’s Michael Sugar and Ashley Zalta, as per the reports.

Michael is going to star in the film as a contract killer, who after getting diagnosed due to a fast-moving form of dementia. Where it is presented in the film along with the opportunity to redeem himself, by saving the life of his adult estranged son.

But to do so he must race against the police closing in on him as well as the ticking clock of his own rapidly deteriorating mind. Carter Stanton will be an executive producer for Brookstreet and Jillian Kay for Sugar23.

Apart from all this, the actor was recently featured in the limited series ‘Dopesick’ and for that the actor had won a SAG and a Critics Choice Awards.

Keaton shared his experience in “the flash”

The actor is all set to next star in ‘The Flash’ on that he is all set to reprise his role as Bruce Wayne aka Batman. The actor had made a cameo appearance in Morbius as Vulture and along with that he will be seen next year playing Batman in The Flash, which will mark his first appearance as the superhero since 1992. The actor said about the storyline of “Flash”, that “I had to read it more than three times to go, ‘Wait, how does this work?” 

The actor further said, “They had to explain that to me several times. By the way, I’m not being arrogant, I hope, about this. I don’t say it like, ‘I’m too groovy.’ I’m stupid. There’s a lot of things I don’t know about. And so, I don’t know, I just kind of figured it out, but this was different. What’s really interesting is how much more I got [Batman] when I went back and did him. I get this on a whole other level now. I totally respect it. I respect what people are trying to make.

The Flash is currently set to hit the theatre screens on June 23, 2023. Whereas Knox Goes Away does not have a release date yet.
