Marvel Studios To Attend San Diego Comic-Con After 3 Years

Marvel Studios is back at San Diego’s Comic-Con, this year!

For the last three years, Marvel has not been present in San Diego to announce its big projects because of the pandemic. But this year they will be attending the San Diego Comic-Con.

The last Comic-Con that Marvel attended was in the year 2019. They revealed all their new projects for Phase 4, many actors were present at that time for the announcement of their projects.

In 2019, Marvel revealed the following projects Black Widow, Eternals, WandaVision, Loki, Hawkeye, The Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Shangchi: The Legend of the Ten Rings, Loki, Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness, What if, Hawkeye, Thor: Love & Thunder and Blade.

The Actors present at the Comic-Con 2019 were Scarlett Johansson, Angelina Jolie, Benedict Cumberbatch, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston, Elizabeth Olsen, Natalie Portman, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Simu Liu, and many others.

Even though they didn’t attend Comic-Con for 3 years, they revealed some of their projects through Disney+ Day. But recently Kevin Feige himself confirmed about attending the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con.

There were speculations that Marvel Studios won’t be attending the Comic-Con this year. But during the press conference of Thor: Love & Thunder Kevin Feige confirmed by saying, ” Yeah, we’ll be at Comic-Con next month, which we’re excited about. The first time since we were on stage there three years ago talking about this movie and many others. And now, I think almost everything we discussed three years ago has now been released. So yes, we’re excited to go and talk about the future.”

Previously there were rumors that the future projects of the MCU will be revealed at the D23 expo. But now as Kevin Feige said that they are excited to talk about MCU’s future we can expect the announcements of new MCU projects.

The Comic-Con is held from July 21 to July 24, 2022. It would be fun to see which big projects will be revealed next month.
