Ludwig Roasts Valkyrae Amidst Her RFLCT Skincare Product Controversy
Valkyrae has been the talk of the streaming community for over a week now. But what has really happened and why is the streamer the target of the internet?
Valkyrae launched a skincare product under her skincare label RFLCT. The product promises to protect users from harmful blue-light but the internet was not convinced with these claims. The cancel community was enraged and accused of Valkyrae of false advertising.
Valkyrae’s New Skincare Brand
While a lot of streamers have reacted to the situation and Valkyrae herself has spoken out now, it did not stop Twitch streamer Ludwig to roast Valkyrae.
Valkyrae, alongside Mizkif, did a stream recently where she addressed the ongoing controversies surrounding her skincare brand. Pokimane called out Mizkif for streaming with Valkyrae saying that he did it for his own gain.
Another streamer Sykkuno has talked about the RFLCT drama sharing his own experience with blue-light protection products.
“It was just terrible. So I pretty much installed f.lux, uninstalled it because it irritated me, and that was the end of it for me. So, that’s pretty much all I’ve got to say on the matter. I’m not an expert, so don’t take my word for it.â€
What Did Ludwig Say?
Talking about Ludwig, he took a subtle jibe at Valkyrae and called her a ‘scammer’.
Ludwig claimed to be the ‘Valkyrae of Twitch’ as Valkyrae now almost only streams on YouTube under her exclusive deal. He said that “I appeal to a general Zoomer base, I played a bunch of Among us, and I’m known for scamming”.
While Ludwig and Valkyrae have worked together on projects in the past, Ludwig might have said it as a joke.
Do you think that Valkyrae’s RFLCT product was ‘pseudoscience’? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
