Kanye West has threatened to not release his clothing line with GAP until he gets more authority in making decisions.
The rapper took to his social media to voice his demands. He went on a Twitter rant yet again expressing his wish to not release any of his clothing. The fashion designer threatened to hold any product releases with GAP inc. until he gets a seat on the board of directors.
The rapper is rumored to be having trouble in his marriage with wife Kim Kardashian West. He was set to release his highly-anticipated Yeezy collaboration with GAP next year. However, Kanye has made it clear that it would not be happening if he is not a part of the board.
“I’M NOT RELEASING NOTHING ON GAP TILL I’M ON THE BOARD” he tweeted on Thursday night. The rapper also shot at Adidas during the rant, with whom he also collaborated with. He threatened to partner with Nike if his demands were not met by the company.
Kanye said he will be wearing Jordans until he is on the board of Adidas. He further added what his first goal will be when he is a part of the board. The rapper said he will push for an Adidas Nike collaboration to support community growth. The fashion designer had signed a 10-year-deal with GAP, early in the summer.
The rapper’s latest Twitter rant comes amid rumors of his marriage falling apart. Kim recently revealed that she is having trouble sleeping after experiencing the lowest points since Kanye and her relationship began. Sources claimed that Kanye’s controversial presidential rally claims about Kim wanting to abort North was a step too far.
“Kim Has The Whole Divorce Planned Out”
However, that was not the end of the coming Twitter rant where he called out Kim and her family. Kim Kardashian West has reportedly planned out her divorce from Kanye West after his controversial presidential rally followed by a number of bizarre tweets.
The reality star is set to divorce Kanye in a new report, as their marriage is said to be on the rocks. The couple is allegedly having a tough time for a few months which included Kanye’s presidential rally and his Twitter rant.
At his first presidential rally in South Carolina, Kanye made a shocking revelation about the couple wanting to abort their first daughter, North. Kim, however, changed her mind, at the time and decided to have the child, who is now seven-years-old.
There were rumors doing the rounds after his confession, that the couple is having trouble in their marriage. However, the couple was said to have worked things out recently by spending time together. An insider has now revealed that the Skims founder is still considering if she should end her marriage.
A source revealed: “Kim has the whole divorce planned out, but she’s waiting for him to get through his latest episode.” The fan-favorite couple share four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. It is no secret that Kanye suffers from bipolar disorder and he recently got into another Twitter meltdown.
‘Being Isolated Isn’t Healthy For Kanye’
The rapper recently posted a video of him peeing on his Grammy award and shared a journalist’s contact. He also addressed his daughter North in one of the tweets. Kanye wrote, “NORTHY I AM GOING TO WAR AND PUTTING MY LIFE ON THE LINE AND IF I AM MURDERED DON’T EVER LET WHITE MEDIA TELL YOU I WASNT A GOOD MAN. WHEN PEOPLE THREATEN TO TAKE YOU OUT OF MY LIFE JUST KNOW I LOVE YOU.”
This is not the first time, Kanye is taking to Twitter and creating controversy. After his chaotic presidential rally, he took to Twitter to make a number of claims. However, all of those tweets are now deleted. His Twitter rant suggested that Kim had gone over the line with rapper Meek Mill. Meek took to the allegations and deemed it as ‘lies’.
Kanye went ahead and accused Kim and Kris of being ‘white supremacists’. He also compared his mother-in-law to Kim Jong-Un.
An insider revealed earlier that Kim is really disappointed because Kanye is struggling. The source said that it is a “vicious cycle” that Kim successfully interrupted for months. The reality star is not surprised that her husband is not abiding by the care plan that they discuss, reveals the source.
“Being isolated and alone essentially in his head isn’t healthy for Kanye,” the insider adds. Both Kim and Kanye have been having trouble as the rapper went on a rant earlier about her and her family. However, according to the insider, Kim does not care about the tweets because that is Kanye being Kanye.
Kim is struggling with Kanye’s mood swings and manic episodes which makes it difficult for her to cope up with. The Skims founder has given him his space and freedom to be creative, hoping that it would be a healthy outlet for him to express himself. The insider added that the “best intentions often lead to negative outcomes.”
The reality star seems to be holding it together for the kids but it is a lot for her. The insider adds: “Helping Kanye with his mental health struggles has been a journey and a lot on Kim.”
