Jimin To Be The Next BTS Member To Go Solo, To Release Solo Album In February

Jimin has been teasing fans with pictures with various music producers for months now, and it’s finally time that fans will get to hear his solo songs. According to credible Korean media sources, Jimin is ready to release PJM1 next month. However, the date for his solo debut has not yet been confirmed.

So far Jimin has released three solo tracks with BTS: “Lie” in 2016, “Serendipity” in 2017, and “Filter” in 2020. Jimin also recently released an OST titled “With You” for the 2022 TvN drama Our Blues with Ha Sung-woon.

BigHit has already provided a response to the news of Jimin making his solo debut in Feb. A Bighit Music representative told Exports News: “We are checking the schedule regarding Jimin’s solo debut in February, and we are coordinating it.”

Fans are excited after hearing the news and have reacted with comments like:

“PJM1 IS COMING” and “JIMIN IS COMING” are already among the top trends on Twitter worldwide. Jimin is also rumored to be attending a Dior show at Paris Fashion Week in February with Jisoo of BLACKPINK, who is also rumored to be making her solo debut in the same month.

Jimin recently took part in a collab single titled ‘Bad Decisions’ with Snoop Dogg and Benny Blanco and BTS members Jin, Jungkook, and V. He also released a new song “VIBE” with Taeyang of BigBang.
