Jessie J is sharing posts about love and moving ahead after her split with Channing Tatum. The singer quoted British writer, Jay Shetty in her recent post.
She took to her social media and quoted Shetty and wrote about relationship timelines and falling in love at any age. The quote read, “Too many of us put deadlines on love, timelines on success, and then wonder why we don’t feel happy.”
The quote goes on to say how emotions are based on your age and it is never too late or early because you are exactly where you need to be. Jessie shared the cryptic post to her Instagram story after her split with Channing.
The Price Tag singer was in an on-and-off relationship with the actor for two years before calling it quits. She also shared a different message which pointed to the diversity between dysfunctional partnerships and those that enrich your life.
“Unhealthy love is when two people expect each other to solve others’ problems. Healthy love is when two people acknowledge and address their own problems with each other’s support,” the passage read.
The singer also reposted an imaged of a billboard that read that your energy is your greatest asset and it needs to be protected. It read, “Your energy is your greatest asset. Protect that sh-t”. Jessie recently confirmed her split from the actor on October 20.
Jessie has been sharing a few Instagram posts after publicly addressing the end of her two-year relationship. Her fans think she is hinting at her relationship with Channing and how her current mindset is. The singer has also shared photos that might hint at how she is missing him.
“You Are Truly One Of A Kind”
She posted a neon sign that read, “I woke up wanting to kiss you” on Saturday, October 24. Three days later the singer posted another sign that told us to lose ourselves in the music, moment and in yourself, also for yourself.
Jessie had wished her ex on his 40th birthday and posted a black-and-white photo of the actor holding a helmet. The singer wrote, “You are truly one of a kind. I am so grateful you were born, and even more grateful we met.” The post came after the couple was said to have called it quits, however, it was reported they got back together in January.
The former couple was rumored to be quietly dating back in 2018 after Channing’s split from Jenna Dewan. Jenna and Channing announced that they are going their separate ways in April 2018. The former couple finalized their divorce earlier this year.
The actress shares a 7-year-old with the Magic Mike star. However, she has moved on with Steve Kazee, a Broadway star. The couple has already gotten engaged in February and welcomed their son, Callum.
