Jennifer Aniston just proved to us again that she is the ‘friend’ we need. The actress posted a sweet message for her Friends co-star, Lisa Kudrow on her 57th birthday.
She wrote, ‘Happy Birthday my sweetest Floosh’. ‘Floosh’ is a nickname that they have given each other. Jennifer posted it on her social media handle. She posted a loved up throwback to their ‘Friends’ days with another picture as well. The actress wrote, ‘I love you’ on the stories and posted several videos along with it.
One of those snaps included Lisa going on stage with Taylor Swift and singing ‘Smelly Cat’. Back in August 2015, Lisa joined Taylor onstage during her 1989 tour at the Staples Center in LA.
This was another reference back to the ‘Friends’ days when Lisa’s character Phoebe Buffay, was known for singing this song in few seasons. Jennifer posted three videos of her cameo with Taylor.
Recently, the Friends trio, Jennifer, Lisa and Courtney Cox, joined forces to share an important message. They encouraged their fans to vote this election in November. The trio are waiting for their reunion with the cast of Friends for their HBO Max reunion special. But, unfortunately it has been pushed back due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
However, Tuesday turned out to be a big day for Jennifer Aniston. She received her first Emmy nomination after 11 years. The actress was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for The Morning Show.
Jennifer has been previously nominated six times but this counts as her first because of her return on Television. She was never recognized for her work in the Television Academy.

But this seems like a big year for Jennifer as she was also chosen to be godmother. Again! Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom revealed that they have chosen Jennifer Aniston to be their daughter’s godmother. A source confirmed saying Jennifer is pretty chuffed about it. They further said that Jennifer cried when she was asked to be the godmother to their impending baby.
The source revealed to The Sun that Jennifer was on the top of the list of potential godparents. Jennifer got emotional when they asked her to be the godparent. Jennifer has provided Katy with a ton of emotional support during her pregnancy. She has proven her dedication to the growing family.
Katy and Jennifer have had a collision in their romantic lives before. Jennifer briefly dated Katy’s ex-boyfriend, John Mayer. She dated him on-and-off from 2012 to 2015. Both Katy and Jennifer have been friends since decades.
An insider explained that Jennifer and Katy are very close. During this lockdown, they went for socially distanced walks. The friends have been spending a lot of time catching up. Jennifer has already experienced the joys of being a godparent before as she is the godmother of Courtney Cox’s daughter too.
