Crypto Markets In Panic But Investors Rush To Buy The Meme Coins Dip; Safemoon And Shiba Inu

The crypto markets have been hammered by a wave of negative sentiment in the last 24 hours. Investors are in panic looking at the fall in prices of some of the most well-known cryptocurrencies of the planet.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, ADA, Solana, and BNB all plunged over 5% yesterday. While the cryptos were down, there were some coins that were garnering special attention of the Twitter and Reddit traders.

Buy The Dip

Safemoon, one of the rising meme-coins attracted massive attention of the crowd that wanted to ‘buy the dip’ on it. Similar, the darling memecoin of the cryptocurrency market Shiba Inu had a lot of ‘Buy The Dip’ buzz around it.

Recently, Safemoon gained more than 30% in a span of 24 hours. In the last 12 days, the cryptocurrency is up by 83%. The hashtag #SafeMoon is bustling with posts and tweets on Twitter at the moment.

According to Watcher Guru, SafeMoon was amongst the most mentioned crypto hashtags on Twitter in the last 24 hours. The top 5 most mentioned crypto hashtags were – #SHIB , #SAITAMA, #ETH, FLOKI, and #SAFEMOON.

ShibArmy was defeated in a Twitter poll by Safemoon supporters as well.

Shiba Inu Vs Safemoon

UFC Champion [retired[ Chuck asked his Twitter followers about the strongest crypto community in a poll and the winner of the poll came out to be Safemoon. Shiba Inu came second with 30.6% votes and DogeArmy had to settle at the bottom with just 25.5% of the votes. However, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin supports are not convinced with the results of the Twitter poll.

While it was believed that Shiba Inu has the strongest community on Twitter, Safemoon supporters are proving it wrong in the poll.
