Cardi B Officially Calls Off Her Divorce From Offset

Cardi B has officially called off her divorce with Offset. After filing for divorce in less than two months, the couple have reconciled.

The WAP rapper filed documents in Georgia to reverse the divorce filing that she had set in motion. Although this is not the first time she has changed her mind about her relationship with Offset, the couple have always worked things out.

Cardi had broken up with Offset back in December 2018 after rumors of him cheating on her started doing the rounds. However, the couple made an appearance together publicly two months later. Although retrieving the divorce filing, the rapper seemed to have still kept the door open for a potential split.

The filing mentions the dismissal ‘without prejudice’ which means she can refile the divorce at any other date. The couple had previously made it evident that they are very much back together. Cardi and Offset reconciled and made their romance public through Cardi’s 28^th birthday bash.

The artist had filed for divorce from the rapper back in September. However, she recently revealed that the couple is back together. The rapper took to her Instagram and went live to reveal that she is tired of people complaining about her relationship with Offset.

Cardi Gives A Piece Of Her Mind To Critics

She said that a bunch of 15-year-olds are telling her how to live her life like she is Ariana Grande. The rapper said, “I’m so tired of people saying I’ve got to continuously explain myself. ‘I didn’t put my divorce out there, a f***ing court clerk put it out there and because people are making rumors up, ‘Oh, this guy has a girl pregnant.’ I got to address it…”

Cardi clapped back at Twitter critics and defended Offset. She said they are harassing him if she works things out. The rapper said it does not make any sense and she went on to give instances. The WAP singer said, “I smoke a cigarette, ‘Oh my God you smoking a cigarette because of Offset, you’re stressed.’ Bro, when I was a stripper I used to smoke cigarettes every day, I been smoking cigarettes since I was 15.”

The artist also criticized her fans for calling themselves her fans. She said she was doing the same things other people are doing but they call them her fans. The rapper said she does not care and that she is tired of it.

Cardi said, “I love my fans and I’m grateful and thankful for what you do but some of y’all really be acting like I be sleeping with y’all.” The rapper had previously explained why it was difficult for her to go through her divorce with Offset.

WAP Rapper Denies Abusive Relationship

Cardi B opened up about rumors circulating about her being in an abusive relationship with Offset. Fans were telling her she is in a mentally abusive relationship.

The rapper posted two videos in response to them and admitted to taking things to an ‘extreme’. She said filing for divorce was a step too far and shared how they are working through things.

Cardi tweeted on her social media and said she was not lying while posting two videos. The artist decided to put a stop to things when fans began telling her she is in a mentally abusive relationship with her husband, Offset. People came for her on her social media and started putting up negative comments. In response to this, Cardi shared a 3-minute audio clip and revealed information about her relationship. She started off by admitting that she did not want to comment on her relationship because she knows fans are tired of her going back and forth with Offset.

The WAP Singer Admitted Going TO An Extreme By Filing For Divorce

The rapper called herself crazy and said it bothers her when people use certain words just like that. She told her people are sounding crazy when they start using the word ‘abusive’. The artist denied being in a mentally abusive relationship and said she has choices.

Cardi revealed that when she and her husband have problems, she is not being tied down or being harassed with a “hundred phone calls”. She shared if she needs a break, she decides to go to her other home. The rapper said, “If I take a break from my n—a and I decide to work things out, that’s regular relationship shit. If I want to go to an extreme to teach a n—a a f–king lesson and f–king file for divorce I can do that. It’s my life.”

The rapper clarified that she is not getting abused. She also admitted that her issues with her husband are typical like it would be in a normal relationship. The Bodak Yellow rapper said if they want to work things out, they will. She explained, “When he tells me what he wants me to change, what he wants me to stop doing, we could do that.”

Cardi asked the critics to chill and asked them why are they trying to make everything about abuse. She told them off and said they don’t live with them and don’t know what they are talking about.

The artist received criticism for taking Offset back because he gifted her a Rolls Royce and called her materialistic. She addressed those accusations and clapped back saying she is always getting gifts. The rapper told critics she is rich and her man will always spoil her.
