Brad Pitt Opens Up about Spending Years in Low Grade Depression

Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt opened up and revealed about the incidents related to his life. The superstar has opened up during a recent interview which was with GQ, and he spoke about the long years of his life after divorcing actress Angelina Jolie, and what has it been like.

As of now the actor is all set and is gearing up for the release of his next film Bullet Train, and the 58-year-old actor revealed about dealing with depression and more and interacted about the tough phase of his life. During a recent interview the Bullet Train star spoke about the mental health, and revealed the dealing with depression.

During the recent interview, the actor went on to reveal that he has suffered with the, “Low Grade Depression”, for years. He further went on to reveal and said, “I think joy’s been a newer discovery, later in life. I was always moving with the currents, drifting in a way, and onto the next.” He further went on saying, and revealed about his low grade depression and said,  “I think I spent years with a low-grade depression, and it’s not until coming to terms with that, trying to embrace all sides of self—the beauty and the ugly—that I’ve been able to catch those moments of joy.”

The actor made an emotional statement, Pitt opened up about always feeling alone, and said, while the time of growing up and maintained that it’s fairly recently that he “had a greater embrace of friends and family.”

Pitt Reveals Music Fills Him up with Joy

Pitt also opened up about his mental health and said, that the music is one such thing which fills him with a lot of joy, and he thinks “all our hearts are broken.”

Pitt is one of the top-tier actors in the Hollywood industry the actor’s Once Upon a Time In Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino also went on to admit the same as he told GQ that how the actor is a “different breed of man”, as Pitt is considered to be the among last of the movie stars of the rapidly-changing industry.
