Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is a big time yoga and pilates user to stay in shape, but it seems like she’s found an option other than those- it’s walking up hilly paths aka Trekking.

She took to Instagram Stories to share a selfie, followed by a trek session, and wrote: “Beautiful trek done.” She added check mark and heart emojis at the end.

No-Makeup Selfie

Kareena Kapoor, in the picture was dressed in a dark blue athletic suit, her hair neatly tied. There was no make-up on the Bollywood queen’s face, and she seemed to only be positively glowing and radiating.

Kareena, who made her Instagram debut last year, has been a regular poster about the news of her quarantined life, her husband actor Saif Ali Khan, and their two sons.

Motherhood

Recently, on the occasion of the world environment day, she shared a photo of the elder son Taimur enjoying the outdoors. “Protect. Heal. Love. #WorldEnvironmentDay,” she wrote in her caption.

In February of this year, Kareena and Saif have welcomed their youngest son, whose name has not yet been made public.

She shared partials by posting out his face in the public space on Instagram or Twitter. On Mother’s Day, she posted a picture of Taimur holding his younger brother and wrote, “Aaj umeed pe poori duniya kayam hai (Hope is what makes the world go around). Kareena, who made her film debut in 2000 with Refugee,completed her twenty-year career previous year.

She was casted in hit movies such as Kabhi Khushi Kabhie, Chameli, Jab We Met, 3 Idiots, Ki & Ka, and Veere Di Wedding. She was last seen in Angrezi Medium, which got an early streaming release, after a compromised theatrical release amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Kareena’s next big screen movie, Laal Singh Chaddha is going to be with Aamir Khan. The film is a remake of the Hollywood movie, “Forrest Gump,” and will be released in theaters on Christmas day.
