Kareena Kapoor pays tribute to Irrfan Khan On his first Death Anniversary
Kareena Kapoor used her Instagram Stories to pay tribute to Irrfan Khan on the first anniversary of his death. In memory, she shared a black-and-white photograph. Irrfan was seen laughing heartily in the candid picture. She followed the photo with a rose and a red heart emoji, but no caption. They involved in completing on the film Angrezi Medium, which was released in 2020.

Tribute to Irrfan
Several celebrities have shared photos and paid tribute to the late star. Actor Tillotama Shome shared a photo from their film Qissa on Instagram, writing: “Greetings, Papaji. In the ether, the breath lingers… Suffered the loss and concentrated on the dancing sun. As the world burns around us, I’m reminded of your incredible light. Today and every day, I send my love to Suttapa, Babil, and Ayan.”
The two worked together in a number of films including Hindi Medium and Shadows of Time among others.

Irrfan’s son Babil
Babil, Irrfan’s son, had posted an emotional tribute to his father on Instagram earlier in the day. “Chemo burns you from the inside out,” he wrote, “but finding pleasure in the simple stuff, like creating your own table to write your own journals, is important.” There is a purity to it that I have yet to discover. There is a tradition that my Baba has already completed.
