Armaan Malik & Ed Sheeran Dropped Their First Collab Song ‘2Step’

Indian singer and songwriter Armaan Malik did justice to his Indian fans. Malik just added an Indian flavour to his latest track ‘2Step’ in collaboration with pop star Ed Sheeran. This turns to be Armaan’s second international feature and this the tribulations of artistic endeavours.

US-based artist Ed Sheeran and Armaan Malik’s recent collaboration on a brand new song ‘2Step’ is out. Indeed, the song is a super hit track. Taking to Twitter to share the news, Armaan Malik wrote, “2step with @edsheeran is out now! What is this life.. how is all this real? So grateful, my heart is overwhelmed. brb crying happy tears”.

Armaan Feels Beyond Excited

Calling the opportunity huge and incredible, Armaan does look for more international collaborations like this for fellow Indian artists. Armaan Malik Said, “I’m beyond excited to be featured on this version of ‘2Step’ with Ed Sheeran’. He’s always been such an inspiration, and I’m a big fan of his music and incredible songwriting. This is a huge moment not only for me, but also for other Indian artists too. I genuinely believe that this will be the beginning for a lot more collaborations of this nature.”

The single ‘2Step’ written by Sheeran, Louis Bell, Andrew Wotman, and David Hodges. The track discusses the trials and tribulations of an artist’s life. Also, counting the creative journey and loved ones for support.

Ed Sheeran Big Comeback

“2Step” features on Sheeran’s fifth studio album equals (=). The LP marked the singer-songwriter’s grand return to the music scene after his 2017 album plus (+). Aside from a compilation featuring the remixes of “2Step”, a tour edition of the latest album was also released in April 2022. Recently, the English singer treated the  British Royal family to a soul-stirring performance of his record-breaking hit “Perfect” at the Platinum Jubilee Pageant.
