Yuvraj Singh Wants Siddhant Chaturvedi To Essay His Role In His Biopic

Celebrities and public figures have their own stories which look larger than life on the big screen. Earlier the biopics have been made on many influential personalities and every person has their own journey to share. When it comes to biopics, Bollywood has seen many movies in the past. One of the biggest challenges in making a biopic is finding the right cast for the film.

Cricketer Yuvraj Singh who is one of the most successful names in the Indian cricket was recently asked who would he want to cast in his biopic. The cricketer expressed his desire to see the Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi walk in his shoes. He said, “Probably, I’d play myself – that would be a bit desperate… (chuckles) hai na? See, that’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi — the guy who played MC Sher in Gully Boy (2019) — is a good option; I’d love to see him in the film.”

Siddhant who made his Bollywood debut with Gully Boy left everyone impressed with his spectacular performance in the film. The actor who essayed the role of MC Sher in the film won a Filmfare award for his stellar performance.

On the work front, Siddhant Chaturvedi will be next seen in YRF’s Bunty Aur Babli 2 opposite newcomer Sharvari. Besides this, he also has Shakun Batra‘s untitled film which will star Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday in the key roles.
