Tile unveils a new product named Sticker which is an adhesive device for object tracking

One thing you might be wanting to have is a device that can track your other device. We know it sounds confusing and dumb to say this but we have often had times when we forget where our smartphone was placed or where we kept the other smart devices. For this reason, we have to go on a hunt and find devices like a mad person. However, a smart tracker would help you locate the exact place where you last kept your device so that it becomes easier for you to track it when needed.

Now, a similar product is reportedly being launched by Apple and while this is mere speculation, we might see it come to reality very soon. With the new Apple tracker, we will be able to find iPhones, iPads and even Macs if you have managed to misplace them.

But before that, a startup which is now a company named Tile has introduced its own smart tracking object which is just a Sticker. Yes, the new device from Tile is literally named as Sticker and it is a sticker as well. This sticker not only works on smart objects but it also works on dumb objects such as your keys, remotes, and other things which are extremely difficult to find when misplaced.

This new product, the Sticker, is a “waterproof tracking device that it created in collaboration with 3M, which uses adhesive to attach to objects to be able to track them by Bluetooth to a range of 150 feet, or further using Tile’s  community network by way of its app” as per TechCrunch’s report.

As far as the price is concerned, Tile has launched its Stickers at $39.99 for a 2-pack, $59.99 for a 4-pack which might seem a bit expensive at first for just 3M stickers but they come in very handy when you have a habit of losing things never to be found again.
