Sequel Of 2018 Sci-Fi Film ‘Occupation’ To Make Netflix SVOD Debut Next Month

The 2018 sci-fi movie Occupation has a sequel coming on Netflix US next month! It is titled ‘Occupation: Rainfall’.

Release Date

Occupation landed on Netflix in January 2018 and was removed this year in January. It no longer is available on the platform. However, the sequel is schedule to release on Netflix US on October 9, 2021.

The upcoming movie sequel is written and directed by Luke Sparke and originates out of Australia.

Talking about who will be seen in the lead roles in Occupation: Rainfall, there are quite a few big names on the cast members list such as Dan Ewing, Temuera Morrison, Daniel Gillies, and Lawrence Makoar.

Storyline

The storyline of the film is pretty adventurous and exciting as well. It is about an alien invasion. The movies revolves around a band of resistance and strong fighters who discover a weapon which may be able to save them and indeed, the world.

The Dystopian, Explosive, and Suspenseful movie is certainly going to be loved by a lot of Netflix US subscribers when it arrives on October 9. There has been no confirmation so far about Occupation: Rainfall releasing in other Netflix regions.
