Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan, who was last seen in Coolie No 1 alongside Varun Dhawan, has completed filming for Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re, which also stars Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. Sara has also been cast as the female lead in the Vicky Kaushal film The Immortal Ashwatthama, directed by Aditya Dhar, according to media sources.

Atrangi Re Starring Sara and Akshay

The release date for his film Atrangi Re, which also stars Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush, is yet to be revealed. The film’s production began early this year and was completed earlier this year. Akshay told HT City that the Atrangi Re team is thinking about a direct-to-OTT release.
