Katherine Schwarzenegger revealed that she is having trouble sleeping after welcoming her and Chris Pratt’s daughter, Lyla. The author revealed life after baby in an Instagram live with Nikki Bella.
She said there are moments where it is harder some days than other days. The new mother also shared there are days of feeling bad with a partner or wanting to make everything good again. She further added, “For me, it’s also like if you want to get so many things done, [you should] sleep when the baby sleeps. [But] I don’t know how you do that. How does anything get done that you want to get done during the day?”
Katherine shared how she is not able to do that since becoming a mom and said it is really hard to catch up on her sleep. Nikki shared the sentiments and said she hasn’t slept in three months since she and Artem Chigvtintsev’s welcomed their son back in July. “Aren’t you ever like, ‘How am I doing this?’” she joked.
However, the author said when Lyla smiles at her at four in the morning she realizes everything is fine. She further talked to Bella about her former postpartum depression battle. The conversation was started by Katherine as she started it for her Instagram followers last month.
Back in October, Katherine opened up about her postpartum depression and revealed she did a screening for the same. She shared that she was talking to her doctor and she told the author how she hasn’t seen such levels of postpartum depression and anxiety in her patients.
Chris Was Recently Voted As THe Worst of the Four Chrises
The new mother further shared, “I thought that was really interesting and, of course, makes sense because everyone is experiencing different feelings right now whether you’ve had a baby or not.” Chris Pratt showed support for his wife and commented on how he likes her outfit and thinks she looks good.
The Guardians of the Galaxy actor and Katherine got married back in June 2019. The actor was previously married to Anna Faris and also shares a son with her.
This comes after the internet had a round of polls asking everybody which famous Chris is the worst. The internet voted Chris Pratt to be the worst of all the four famous Chrises. The debate has not something new as everybody has been debating and fighting over which Chris is the best.
This week the debate was revived again when producer Amy Berg urged people to choose one Chris who needs to go. She posted photos of all the four Chrises including Chris Evans, Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt. Everything was fun and games until some started criticizing the actor for his political beliefs.
Katherine recently came out in support of her husband and called out the debate. She took to her Instagram to respond and asked people if this is what we need. The author said there is a lot going on in the world and people are struggling in many ways. She said, “Being mean is so yesterday.”
Katherine further added that there is a lot of room for love and love is what we all need. The new mom and dad welcomed their child back in August and named their daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt.
