Isabelle Kaif made her debut in the Bollywood industry just a month ago, but unfortunately, that did not come by easily. She had to undergo a lot of pressure and expectations as her sister Katrina Kaif has already set the bar so high.
The newfound actress was seen in the movie called Time To Dance. She was cast opposite Sooraj Pancholi as a passionate dancer. The movie premiered on March 12. Isabelle has already finished her shooting part for her next Bollywood movie, Suswagatam Khushaamadeed.
She is cast opposite Pulkit Samrat in the movie. In a recent interview, the new actress revealed that she is aware of the comparisons drawn between her and Katrina. She revealed that they have been compared with each other for years now. The actress shared that by this point, she is used to it.
Isabelle explained that it does not really affect her anymore. Talking about expectations, the actress explained that the coronavirus pandemic took off some of the pressure from her first film. This enabled her to enjoy the moment as it was unfolding. The new actress revealed that she had to appear on several auditions to get a role in her first film.
She revealed that she got that role because of her love for dance. Time To Dance was directed by Stanley D’Costa. It revolves around a professional and passionate dancer who injures herself days before a huge competition.
This is the point when Sooraj’s character comes into play. His character offers to help her despite not having any actual dancing skills like Isabelle. When it comes to Isabelle, it can be said that she has blended quite well with the Indian culture. The actress recently posted her picture in a red shirt and black glasses as she looked sideways. She captioned the image writing if she was a rickshaw driver that is how she would look out for customers.
