GreekGodX Set To Return To Twitch Streaming Due To Financial Crisis
Twitch streamer GreekGodX has taken a call to end his Twitch ‘break’ earlier than planned and the reason is not a positive one. GreekGodX plans to make his comeback soon due to not having enough money, he revealed in a tweet.
But wait a second.. why did he take a break from streaming in the first place? Well, it’s a lot of drama involved. Let us brief what happened.
Why Did He Leave Twitch?
In July, GreekGodX criticized fellow streamers Natalia ‘Alinity’ Mogollonand and Mizkif but things backfired and GreekGod was labelled a ‘racist’. He also asked his followers to stop watching streamers like them.
During the drama, GreekGodX got so furious that he announced his exit from the platform for a while. He revealed that he was ‘done with streaming for a while.’
But now, GreekGodX seems to be eyeing an early return back on track. He tweeted announcing his Twitch comeback.
‘Money Is Tight’
The tweet read “Im going to go back to streaming soon for the people who watch me its going to be some IRL stuff. i know you love me watching videos for 8+hrs but im going to have to provide some content. money is tight. see you soon stay updated. IRL KING will be back soon.”
‘Money is tight’ is the factor that stands out in his return. Certainly, Twitch streamers do get paid well for their streams if they have a good following and viewer count.
One recent example was Twitch streamer HasanAbi buying himself a grand $2.7 Million house. The streamer was criticized for doing so. If you haven’t read that story so far, click here.
