Frazier Kay Makes His YouTube Comeback Following Save The Kids Crypto Scandal

In July 2021, the news broke out that some big names from the esports and content organization FaZe Clan were involved in a massive cryptocurrency scandal.

Frazier Kay, previously known as FaZe Kay was ousted from the FaZe Clan for his alleged involvement in the ‘Save The Kids’ crypto scandal.

The ‘SaveTheKids’ altcoin was promoted by the members but it turned out to be a pump and dump scheme where Kay, Jarvis, Nikan, and Teeqo were involved in selling their positions at the top and dumping the altcoin. Apart from Kay, his younger brother Jarvis and two other FaZe Clan members Teeqo and Nikan were suspended.

Since the news, Teeqo has made the big announcement of joining the FaZe clan again. But with Frazier Kay, it seems that the plans are significantly different.

“A New Beginning”

While he has been active a little bit on social media platforms after the scam came to light, he has now made an official comeback with his YouTube video addressing his future goals.

In the YouTube video titled “Goodbye FaZe Kay | A New Beginning,” the former FaZe Clan member puts down any prospects of him going back to the esports organization. He plans to upload content as usual and said that he is “really excited for some of the videos we have planned.”

“It’s just going to be me, for real. None of the fakeness. None of that dude screaming down the camera,” he added.

Is Frazier Kay Innocent?

The Save The Kids scam was one of the countless scandals that have happened in the cryptocurrency world. FaZe Kay tried to reveal who the mastermind of the scam was but he is still not considered free of blame.

“I am no crypto mastermind. I am a content creator who trusted the wrong people, and it’s led to this disaster”, he said in August 2021.

When the whole drama played out, FaZe Clan issued an official statement that read “FaZe Clan had absolutely no involvement with our member’s activity in the cryptocurrency space. We strongly condone their recent behavior. The trust and respect of our fans have been, and will always be our number one priority.”
