BMC Records Police Objection Against Sood For Illicit Development

The objection, documented by BMC on January 4, expresses that his Shakti Sagar private structure has been transformed into a lodging without the necessary authorizations from the city body. It has asserted modifications, change of client, and unapproved augmentations in the structure, which is situated on Juhu’s AB Nair Road. BMC needs the Juhu Police to book the entertainer over these claims.

Tending to the allegations, Sood said in an assertion to The Times of India that he had taken endorsement for change of client from BMC. “It was dependent upon the endorsement of the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. This authorization hasn’t come because of COVID-19. There are no anomalies.”

The entertainer added, “This lodging was utilized to house COVID-19 fighters during the pandemic. On the off chance that consents don’t come, I will reestablish it back to a private structure. I am engaging against the BMC’s protest in the Bombay High Court (sic).”

BMC’s Past Notification To Sood With Respect To The Issue

According to reports, the BMC had prior given a notification to the entertainer in this issue.Sood had then moved the city common court against the notification.As per BMC, he was first served a notification on October 27, 2020, and was approached to react to it by November 26, 2020.The BMC’s authorities have guaranteed that he didn’t react to that notice.
