Addison Rae Ignores Paparazzi Question About Met Gala 2021 Invite Rumours

Just the other day the internet was throwing hate at Addison Rae and other influencers who were ‘rumored to have been invited for the Met Gala 2021 event.

The event was canceled in 2020 due to the ravaging pandemic but now it seems to be back. Met Gala is set to take place in September and a rumored list of invitees is circulating on the web. The list has the name of popular TikToker and Internet celebrity Addison Rae.

Influencers Invited To Met Gala

While influencers like Liza Koshy and James Charles have attended Met Gala in the past, netizens believe that the show should rather be reserve for the ultra-elite of the entertainment industry.

Critiques are of the view that social media influencers are not famous enough to be invited to the Met Gala event. However, Addison Rae has now given her reaction to rumors that she is invited to Met Gala 2021.

What Did Addison Rae Say?

When a paparazzi from Hollywood Fix approached Addison to ask about the rumors, she did not give a direct answer. Addison Rae answered “Anyone who supports me, I love you, and thank you for everything,” she said, blowing a kiss at the paps. “It means the world, and I couldn’t do this without you guys!”

The paparazzi tried to reiterate the question and focus on what was actually asked but Addison had already sat in her vanity van by the time and the video was cut.

Addison Rae visited a Sephora store to promote her beauty line Item Beauty products. Crew members with Rae laughed and interrupted the paparazzi’s question as well. They humorously shouted, “Shop Item Beauty!”

Other guests on the Met Gala rumored invitees list are Jennifer Lopez, Shawn Mendes, Rosalia, Blake Lively, Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Lady Gaga, Bella Hadid, and more.
