Lisa from BLACKPINK has tested positive for Covid-19
According to a statement made by YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK member Lisa tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday. The three other members of the group, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose, are awaiting test results, according to the statement.
According to the statement, once Lisa was diagnosed with coronavirus, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rose had RT-PCR tests. The three other members, on the other hand, have yet to be ‘designated as close contacts.’
“YG Entertainment is the name of the company. Lisa, a member of BLACKPINK, was diagnosed with COVID-19 this afternoon (November 24). The other three members of BLACKPINK have not yet been categorized as close contacts, but they were given PCR tests as soon as they learned of Lisa’s positive COVID-19 results, and they are awaiting their results “YG Entertainment was mentioned by Soompi.
It was also said, “We first shared this knowledge with representatives and staff in a timely and correct manner, and we implemented strong preventive actions that went above the guidelines of health authorities. We will continue to provide full assistance, with our artists’ and related staff members’ health being our first priority. If anything changes in the future, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.”
With the sidetrack Money from her solo album LALISA, Lisa achieved a new K-pop female solo artist record by charting on Billboard’s main singles chart, the Hot 100, earlier this month.
The song was ranked 93rd on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, which was released on November 9. She is the first female solo artist from K-pop to top the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in a row.
LALISA, which was released on September 10, debuted at 84th on the Billboard Hot 100 in its first week. It also spent two weeks at the top of the iTunes Top Song Ranking in 72 countries and the Global YouTube Song Top 100 chart.
Lisa recently appeared on DJ Snake’s new single SG, which charted at number one in 41 countries on iTunes. SG debuted in the top ten on the Billboard dance/electronic music charts, and it also topped the Latin digital song sales list.
