UFC Boss Dana White Challenges Jake Paul To Fight Anderson Silva
Jake Paul has been actively eyeing his next opponent to get in the boxing ring with. While there have been too much noise about who Jake would fight next, we have UFC Boss Dana White proposing Jake Paul Vs Anderson Silva.
Just last week Jake Paul called out MMA Fighter Jorge Masvidal along with taking a jibe at Dana White, which is often the case.
Jake and Dana are not on good terms with the former accusing Dana White of exploiting his MMA fighters and not giving them enough pay.
‘Go Fight Somebody Your Own Size’
Jake Paul proposed a multi-million dollar fight and wondered if ‘Daddy Dana’ would give permission to his fighter to fight Jake.
However, Dana White clearly denied that Jorge Masvidal would fight Jake Paul.
White said “He likes 170-pounders. Go fight somebody your own size. Anderson Silva’s not under contract, he’s 46 years old – that’s the age group you love to fight – and he’s your size and he’s actually winning fights.”
In talks with The Daily Telegraph (HT: MMA Fighting), Dana white also added:
“If you look at Jake Paul’s history, Jake Paul either fights basketball players who have never fought or he wants to fight washed up older guys who haven’t won fights in years. Anderson Silva has actually been boxing, he’s won some fights, he’s 46 years old, and he’s in your weight class. There you go. That’s a no-brainer. Fight Anderson Silva,” he said. “Fans would actually probably like to see that fight. It’s actually a viable fight that would actually sell some pay-per-views.”
What Next?
Jake Paul ignored the Anderson Silva part and tweeted challenging another MMA fighter Derek Brunson.
“Dana admitted this morning that I would destroy “170” pound Masvidal.. So Dana will you give Brunson permission to make some real money? Dana?”

While Brunson is obviously interested in a big payday, this is yet another match up that isn’t likely to ever happen due to his UFC contract.
Who Jake Paul fights next still remains a mystery and we hope to soon see an official fight announcement.
