Vidya Balan on whether Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was offered to her: ‘I’m not in the movie.’
Vidya Balan has commented about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the upcoming sequel to her smash hit horror thriller. Vidya will not appear in the film.
Vidya Balan has responded to inquiries about her role in the part 2 of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. She has stated that she will not be appearing in the film.
When Vidya visited her husband’s family home in Rajasthan, she was possessed—or so she thought—by the ghost of a royal dancer. Akshay Kumar featured as a psychiatrist, Shiney Ahuja as the husband, Ameesha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, and others in the film.
Words From Vidya
Vidya Balan told Bollywood Hungama that she will not be a part of the sequel, which also stars Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu. When asked if the sequel would be able to hold its own against the original, she responded, “I believe it would be unjust to guess on whether it would be able to compete. Bhool Bhulaiyaa was fantastic, and despite the title, I believe Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a very distinct film. However, I’d like to see it.”
Anees Bazmee, the film’s producer, had stated that his picture is “totally different,” with a new story. “This is an altogether different story,” says the narrator. We’ve taken two songs from the original, the title song and the Bengali song, in addition to the title. He told Deccan Chronicle, “The rest of the film is absolutely unique.”
Anees further stated that Akshay Kumar will not be appearing in the film. “Akshay Kumar is a big and busy star. It’s impossible to excuse his appearance in a cameo. We won’t be able to accommodate him, I’m afraid. However, I am confident that he wants us all the best.”
