Starlight’s Ex-Boyfriend Revealed in The Boys Season 3 Teaser Trailer
The appearance of Starlight’s (Erin Moriarity) ex-boyfriend from the comics has been confirmed in a new teaser trailer for The Boys season 3. After only two seasons, Amazon Prime Video’s superhero satire show has become a huge success.
Season 3 of The Boys is fast approaching, and it will continue to reinvent the comics created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. After the explosive season 2 finale of The Boys, fans are eager to see what happens next for The Boys and The Seven.
Instead of making fans wait for a true trailer for The Boys season 3, Amazon has used creative viral marketing to keep fans up to date on the show’s universe. They are creating news segments set in The Boys universe that will air between seasons 2 and 3.
The first teaser explored what happened to various characters after The Boys season 2, but it also includes some hints for upcoming storylines. In the run-up to season 3, Amazon promised that new “Seven on 7” videos in this format would be released on the seventh day of each month.

Starlight’s Ex-Boyfriend
With the arrival of August 7, Amazon’s Vought International YouTube channel has released a new episode of “Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman.”
The most recent video is full of hints about how the world is changing in preparation for Season 3. It contains information about the lives of Starlight, The Deep, Queen Maeve, A-Train, and others. This video contains numerous teachings, including Starlight’s ex-boyfriend, Supersonic (Miles Gaston Villanueva), formerly known as Drummer Boy.
Following the original teaser, which primarily served as a recap of The Boys season 2 finale, the reveals in this latest edition of “Seven on 7” are quite interesting. The Deep appears to be standing firm against the Church of the Collective, while A-Train has already returned to The Seven ahead of season 3.
That isn’t surprising given how depleted the roster was by the end of season 2. With Drummer Boy/Supersonic joining The Boys season 3, perhaps he’ll end up on The Seven roster before all is said and done.
