Pankaj Tripathi reveals that his daughter is a fan of BTS and K-drama celebrities

Pankaj Tripathi has disclosed that his daughter likes the Korean boy band BTS. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are the members of the South Korean band.

In a recent interview, Pankaj said, “She is only into BTS and Korean actors these days; She doesn’t watch any Indian actor.” Not only his kid, but even his wife, Mridula, is a big fan of K-dramas these days. He said, “She now watches Korean shows with my daughter.

Big Fan of BTS and K-Drama

“My wife and daughter want to visit Korea to meet the actors and singers from K-dramas and K-pop. I’m not sure why, but they’re well-known. I tell them both that they are heroes of a smaller country, whereas we are heroes of a larger country, and they should concentrate on us (laughs),” Pankaj added.

BTS has seen an increase in the number of Indian followers over the last several years. A group of BTS’ Indian followers recently rented billboards and posted messages celebrating BTS member Jungkook’s birthday.

Throughout the year, the K-pop group connected with fans throughout the country via many interviews. 

“We can’t thank you enough for taking the time to listen to our music. We sincerely hope that things will improve shortly. Please be strong, and we hope that listening to our music gives you some energy! “Of course, we’d like to perform in India if we can meet each other securely and the occasion arises,” Jin had stated.

Meanwhile, Pankaj recently caught up with Manoj Bajpayee, his “idol” and pal. The latter took to Instagram to share a photo from the get-together. “An evening with my senior #Vineetkumar and our dear @pankajtripathi at the latter’s (pankaj) home!! Both Pankaj and Mridula are fantastic hosts!!
