Landon McBroom Gains Custody Of Daughter Amid Messy Break-Up With Shyla Walker

Landon McBroom finally got to see his daughter after Shyla Walker dropped the restraining order against him. The influencers daughter, Soul had reportedly visited Landon’s family after three months.

He shared a series of pictures on Instagram of him spending time with his daughter at the beach. The influencer dubbed the settlement as a “victory”. He wrote, “The longest three months of our lives. Today was a victory.”

On the other hand, Shyla took to her social media to explain why she decided to drop the charges against Landon. She revealed that she has been beat and abused and had three attempted kidnapping of her child. The influencer added that when you love someone you do not put yourself in the position to lose them.

Shyla said she will do what is best for her child every single time. The influencer further mentioned that she wants her daughter to have a nice relationship with her father. She wrote, “I requested visitation, I want my daughter to have a relationship with her father with whom she will always love regardless of the circumstances. Children grow up and will eventually see the truth on their own without me saying one word.”

But the Youtuber did call out her ex for not respecting their daughter’s privacy. Shyla claimed that the McBroom family posted pictures of Soul to garner attention. She wrote, “All I asked was for her privacy to be respected during this time and not extort her for clout and/or monetary gains.”

Landon Attempted To Kidnap His Daughter Twice

Shyla had accused Landon of domestic abuse and violence earlier this year. She had then issued a restraining order against the influencer after he attempted to kidnap their daughter. Landon, brother of ACE family’s Austin McBroom and Shyla had met back in 2016. The pair began dating and started their YouTube channel together in 2017.

Their channel “This is L&S” gained immense popularity on YouTube and garnered more than 3 million subscribers. Landon had revealed in one of their Q&A videos as he discussed their relationship. The influencer said everything seemed supernatural from the start with Shyla and he never had to put up a front.

Their relationship had hit rock bottom once in 2018 but the couple got back together after a brief period of separation. Landon and Shyla then welcomed their daughter Souline together in 2019. The couple began sparking wedding rumours around 2020 but Landon shared that Shyla was willing to take a break from This is L&S channel.

Things turned way around when Shyla accused Landon of physical assault and domestic violence. Her brother and friend also shared a couple of photographic pieces of evidence of the abuse. Shyla then filed a restraining order against the influencer for allegedly attempting to kidnap Soul. As per TMZ, Landon allegedly gave the child to an employee and asked them to run away.

The court documents revealed that Landon and Shyla started arguing over financial issues. This led to the repeated physical abuse of Shyla. The documents also stated that Landon tried to kidnap their daughter for a second time. Shyla removed the restraining order to allow Soul to bond with her father.
