Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she froze her eggs at 39 after confirming her romance with Travis Barker. The reality star is not sure about wanting to have more kids in the future but the option is there if she decides to take it.
She revealed how she got into freezing her eggs two years ago on Sarah Hyland’s Lady Parts series. The Poosh founder said, “I froze mine and hopefully they’re sitting there OK just for — you never know.” She explained that she got talked into doing it and she just did it because of that.
The reality star said, “I really got talked into it. I was like, ‘OK, whatever, I’ll do it one time since everyone else is doing it. I might as well’.” She even revealed who convinced her into doing that. The mother-of-three was convinced by younger sister, Khloe Kardashian who joked it wasn’t easy to get her to do that.
Kourtney shares three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign with her ex, Scott Disick. She further discussed her initial resistance as she explained she is someone who is thinking what is God’s plan. The Poosh founder said, “I’m someone who’s like, ‘What’s God’s plan? Am I supposed to get pregnant on my own at 41?’”
She further added that maybe it is God’s plan and she is more like that. The reality star shared that this is why she thinks of never planning anything. “I live in a Disney world,” she shared. She also compared her experience to deep breathing as she shared that she was 39 and was about to turn 40 and had people telling her that its now or never.

Kourtney explained, “I was 39 and was about to turn 40 and just felt like people were saying, ‘If you’re gonna do it, you’ve gotta do it now’. “[I was like], ‘OK, everyone stop rushing me. I don’t know if I even want to have another kid or if that’s, like, in the future or whatever. I think doing that… and having the control of my body just gave me a peace of mind.”
This comes after the reality star went public with her relationship with Travis Barker in the recent weeks. She went public with a sweet picture of them holding hands around Valentine’s Day. The reality star had her hand entwined with the Blink 182 singer as they marked the first time of going public.
Kourtney posted the photo without any caption but was bombarded by messages as fans and friends congratulated her. The couple has been friends for almost a decade after living right opposite each other in Calabasas.
Travis also posted a picture of what was a possible gift for Kourtney for the occasion. It was the picture of the reality star’s leg with a diamond anklet. The couple is yet to post a picture with each other. The Poosh founder seemingly gave a nod with a Valentine’s Day poem.
She posted a short poem that read, “Roses are red, violets are blue, garlic bread, Blink-182.” This was a reference to Travis’s longtime band. It was reported last month that Kourtney and Travis are in a relationship as their years of friendship turned romantic.

“Kourtney Knows What Travis Likes And The Opposite”
According to sources, the musician liked her for a long time and she has got more open to the idea. Sources further add that he is a good guy as well as a good dad. The sources further claimed, “He’s liked her for a long time and she just got more open to the idea. He’s a good guy and a really great dad. Her family and friends all really like him. Their kids all get along too, which is sweet.”
Kourtney and her ex Scott Disick co-parent their three kids: Mason, Reign, Penelope. The former couple ended their nine-year relationship back in 2015. Travis shares Atiana, Alabama, Landon with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. He was married to her from 2004 to 2008.
Just last week, Kourtney and Travis were spotted holding hands while having dinner together. A source revealed that the couple looked very happy together. Another insider shared that the two have similar priorities which makes their time spent together much easier.
“They spend most of their time together with the kids, but they have tried to sneak away for dates without the kids too. It’s an easy relationship since they have known each other for so long,” said the source. “Kourtney knows what Travis likes and the opposite. And they have a lot in common. They both prioritize their kids so there is no conflict there. Kourtney is having a great time with Travis.”
