Khushboo Sundar Shares Her Unbelievable Weight Loss Transformation Story

Khushboo Sundar has appeared in over 200 films in the South-Indian film industry. She recently took her fans by surprise as she shared her fat loss body transformation story on Instagram.

The actress-cum-politician lost 15 kilograms of body weight. Khushboo Sundar shared a ‘Then Vs Now’ collage picture on her official Instagram handle. Have a look at the picture below:

“Then and now!! Not much of a difference, except 15kgs lesser now,” she captioned the picture. In the ‘then’ picture, Khushboo looks chubby and the ‘now’ picture shows her with a sharp face cut having lost all of the chubbiness from her face. It is indeed evident that Khushboo put in a lot of efforts to reach at this level.

What Is The Secret Behind Her Body Transformation?

The secret to Khushboo Sundar’s body transformation lies in her food diet and workouts. The actress worked out for two hours a day and had a strict control over her diet.

She also posted a picture of herself in early 2021. The 51 year old wore a saree in the picture. Khusbhoo captioned the post “When hardwork finally shows results. #weightlossgoal #fitnessmotivation.

In 2020, she tweeted the following:

“Many ask me the reason behind my transformation. Blame it on lockdown. No help for 70days. Was single-handedly doing all work at home; sweeping, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, gardening and cleaning the toilets too. Of course, workout (yoga+plank)played a major role. And I am not a big eater,” she tweeted.

Khushboo Sundar has worked across the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada film industry. In the 1995 Bollywood movie titled Meri Jung, she danced with actor Javed Jaffrey in his first dancing role on screen in the super-hit song “Bol Baby Bol, Rock’n Roll.”

She has also received three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards as well as one Kerala State Film Award – Special Mention. She is so well-known in the Tamil Nadu film industry that people actually named food dished after her name. For instance, the Khushboo Idli, Kushboo Sharbet, Kushboo Coffee, Kushboo Cocktails. The actress’ fans also built a dedicated temple by her name in South-India.

However, Khushboo Sundar has recently been more focused on her political career. She became a member of DMK in 2010 and left the part four years later. She then moved to Indian National Congress after a meeting with Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. Currently, she is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party which she joined ahead of Tamil Nadu assembly elections in October 2020.

She is next going to be seen in the movie titled Annaatthe. Annaatthe also features the South-Indian film industry’s grand master Rajnikanth and is directed by Siruthai Siva.
