In this question, the nutritionist said that fruits provide quick energy to the body and that people can do their jobs properly. Fruits contain vitamin C and vitamin A which is a quick source of energy. The guest dietitian also said that if your stored fat is consumed by the body it reduces fat and fruit retains energy but fruit alone is not enough, it should be used in the same way as other foods.
