Jennifer Garner On Her Body Transformation Since Having Three Children

Jennifer Garner opened up about her body transformation after welcoming three children. The actress got candid about the transformation on Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast.

She told host Giovanna Fletcher that some women’s bodies are able to get back right after giving birth. However, she revealed she is not one of them. She said, “There are some incredible women whose bodies just, no matter how many babies they have, they bounce right back to that slim-hipped, no stomach.”

Jennifer explained that it’s incredible and she has many girlfriends who have that type of physique. She shared how happy she is for them but she is not one of them and that is not her gig. The mother-of-three explained that she works really hard and can be fit but will still look like a woman who had three kids.

The actress shares a son and two daughters with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck. She said, “I can work really hard, and I can be really fit and I will still look like a woman who’s had three babies, and I always will.”

Jennifer further talked about her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres show back in 2014. She had addressed her pregnancy rumors at the time and defended her changing body after welcoming three kids. The actress had clarified at the time, “I am not pregnant, but I’ve had three kids and there is a bump. From now on, ladies, I will have a bump, and it will be my baby bump. Let’s just all settle in and get used to it. It’s not going anywhere. Its name is Violet, Sam, and Sera.”

“It’s just a body. Be grateful to it. It carried you this far.”

The actress looked back at the time as she shared her thoughts that she would address it and Ellen was sweet to let that happen. Although according to Jennifer, she still faces pregnancy speculation to this day because of her figure. She shared that she is 48 and it is still happening and that she is single.

Jennifer said, “And it’s still happening, so you might as well take that bull by the horns.” She explained it is just a body and we have to be grateful for it because it carried us so far. The actress said, “It’s just a body. Be grateful to it. It carried you this far. It carried babies for you. What else do you want? My goodness.”

Back in September, she had set the record straight about the baby rumors as she took to social media. She told an Instagram user that she is not pregnant and she never will be. This was after the user asked her if she is expecting.

Jennifer said, “I am 48, have three healthy kids, and am not—and never will be—pregnant. We can lay that pupper to rest. Have I gained the Covid 19? Possibly. But that is another story ????????????????????????.”

Just a month later, the actress repeated a similar sentiment as she posted a photo of herself holding a jack-o’-lantern and fans thought she was pregnant. “STILL NOT HAVING MORE BABIES ????????????,” she wrote. “Good grief, I didn’t even see it, I just saw matching smiles ????????????.”
