Is Pokimane Leaving Twitch? Fans Are Worried After Her Confession
Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys have her fans worried after she admitted she was ready to “give up”. This comes amid her recent struggles with feeling “burnt out”.
Pokimane has been open about her struggles with finding a healthy work-life balance in 2021. She had claimed that it is hard to enjoy her time off without thinking she should do more. The streamer admitted to feeling burnt out recently and decided that it is time for a change.
However, the influencer is yet to figure out what that change really is. But it has affected her to a point where she feels ready to “give up”. She revealed recently that this week has been a week of constant disappointments. The streamer added that she credits herself for being perpetually optimistic but she admitted to giving up.
Pokimane wrote, “This has been a week of constant disappointments, and as someone who prides themself on being perpetually optimistic, I must admit: I give up”. This can possibly be a reference to her work-life balance issues. The tweet garnered a lot of attention and fans began to express their support.
Many of them left her words of encouragement and endearment for her to cheer up. Seemingly it has made her feel loved as she thanked her fans for their kind words. She added that she will be okay and that she needs to re-prioritize her life. The streamer wrote, “I’ll be okay. I just need to re-prioritize my life and figure some things out. I’ll do my best, just like I’d want you all to in tough times as well.”
Pokimane has gained a lot of attention and fostered an upbeat community. The streamer had vowed to continue being a force of positivity for her fans. Her fans will support her even if it would hurt them to see her take another mental health break. However, she is still streaming according to schedule, so we will have to wait and watch.
